Is the CECED of the United Methodist Church allowed to permit the operation of Elementary School in the Philippines?
A group of methodist church members in San Jose, San Luis, Pampanga would like to open local church-run Elementary School. They have existing pre-school under CECED of the Church District. CECED stands for Center for Early Childhood Education and Development. People are a little bit confused because they are not seeking DEPED or Department of Education a license to operate because it is under CECED's umbrella. Is the CECED allowed to do it? Help!!!
